立方氮化硼(CBN)是由六方氮化

硼在50-90kbr 和***0-2700C條件下合成所得的一種類似于金剛石的人造材料.作為世間***堅(jiān)硬的物質(zhì),CBN能以***的***度磨削超硬鐵,合金鋼以及堅(jiān)硬的脆性材料,特別適用于難以磨削或HRC≥50的高合金淬火鋼如:

高速鋼,工具鋼或鍍鉻鋼,硬鑄鐵. CBN的熱穩(wěn)定性在1200°C.為避免超硬磨料的氧化和石墨化,避免磨料性能減弱,我公司陶結(jié)合劑為***研制Y39.可在750C以下制成,以保證制品的穩(wěn)定性,發(fā)揮超硬砂輪的耐磨性好,修整頻次低和磨削精度高的作用.陶瓷結(jié)合劑CBN砂輪因CBN磨料高硬度的特性,具有***,高精度，低頻調(diào)整的性能,廣泛用于汽車零部件加工企業(yè),如曲軸,凸輪軸,齒輪軸,空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)等行業(yè).我公司汽油機(jī)曲軸加工鋼件可達(dá)150-200件修整/2μ/次5-10次.
